Job Description


  • Provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance of insurance documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation, records and filing upon issuance.
  • Attend to emails and phone enquiries from customers
  • Following up with existing clients for policy renewals.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer database.
  • Support team on renewal activities such as generating monthly renewal invitations.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • General Insurance experience (with BCP, PGI and ComGI Cert) will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
