Standardize procurement process and workflow consistent with centralization direction and governance controls. Optimize practices and establish procurement guidelines with enabling crucial data to be aligned into system for coherency and smoother operations
Gather, prepare, process and analyse data to support procurement execution, contract, governance and management decision
Conduct in-depth spend and transaction analysis
Identify, refine and monitor SLA/KPI and gain insights to drive performance improvement
Drive procurement continuous improvement and digitalization activities in PTP cycle and lead innovation projects with cross functional team to deliver solutions in smart tools and technologies
Audit/Govern Execution Team on the non-compliance, conduct briefing with findings and correction items
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Engineering background, additional diploma in Purchasing Management or Supply Chain is a plus.
SAP and Supply Chain experience will be preferred.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and policies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Project Management skills and experience in large scale innovative/strategic project
Familiar with in data analytics and digital tools such as Excel (VBA), Tableau is a must, RPA(Uipath), Basic knowledge of SQL
Adapt well to changing business environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
