- Responsible for the Restaurant business performance and maintain high standard of service- Create and execute plans for restaurant sales and profitability- Plan and coordinate menus with Executive Chef- Build strong relationships with customers and serve as the main point of contact- Advise customers on menu and beverage choice- Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer- Provide effective leadership to the Service Team- Handle disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff- Constantly review, evaluate SOP and suggest improvements to the management- Ensure all employees adhere to the company\'s SOP- Train & coach team members to ensure staff development- Handle and control cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims- Perform banking duties- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a managerial role- Have good product knowledge on Japanese food- Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage- Excellent organizational skills- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment- Strong public relations with excellent interpersonal & communication skills- Candidate must be a strong leader & team player- Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty- Candidate must have basic PC-literacy
