An Executive in the M&E team is expected to assist with standard quotation and engaging with customers (internal & external) to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience. clients as well as assisting Assistant Manager/Manager with other daily duties.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interacting with colleagues from all department in work related
  • Must be familiarize with all types of endorsements (Cancellation/Addition/Deletion on different kinds of risks)
  • Must be hands on with all types of e-portal system from various insurers.
  • Providing information to customers in response to customer inquiries on products/services, converting a high percentage to new sales opportunities
  • Analyzing customer inquiries by providing information on products/services
  • Following up with insurer to confirm terms of negotiated contract are met.
  • Have excellent customer service skills, internal and external.
  • Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Must be familiarize with company internal data system (i.e., E-trek etc.)
  • Able to handle new & renewal cases to ensure the secure / lapses rate are met.
  • Can adapt to and embrace change!
