Cycle & Carriage Leasing is rapidly expanding our business into the logistics arena and you will be part of our start-up team that supports the fundamental key roles within the department to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity of the logistics drivers. The Logistics Executive will support the daily operations and fulfil general administrative duties which includes managing the duty roster, tracking of productivity/overtime and orientation of new drivers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the fleet of logistics vehicles and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimal service levels. The Opportunity

• Create, execute scalable strategies and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency for the daily logistics operations
• Monitor, compile, analyse and evaluate operational process to improve workflow through tracking and documenting all operation related jobs
• Communicate and disseminate information to Drivers
• Plan daily operations and automate task through adopting, integrating, and customizing technological platform
• Create despatch routes, zoning and allocations, and channel down the information to the driver
• Ensure all vehicles are in excellent operational condition
• Orientate new drivers to the business
• Driving vehicles as required and assisting Drivers when there is a surge in daily job
• Coordinate on billing and collection related matters
• Resolve operational issues with clients
• Ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner, complying with Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental policies, procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks
• Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision
• Assisting leasing operations team in ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• 5.5 days’ work-week, ability to work on rotating shifts (including weekends)
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license with no traffic violations in the last 3 years
• Experience in Logistic Operations will be an added advantage
• Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability in a start-up environment
• Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations
