KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Head, Human Capital in all HR-related matters

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a business partner representing Singapore Sports Hub catering unit
• Implement and review human capital policies and procedures in line with the employment law and related regulatory compliance
• Provide guidance on core human capital policies and processes to employees
• Review and monitor the staffing needs against establishment
• Prepare reports on manpower staffing status
• Act as the Champion in Human Capital Department for HR information systems and HRIS-related projects
• Ensure proper hiring of fun-timers for events at the Singapore Sports Hub
• Ensure time-keeping and working hours are properly recorded
• Liaise with department heads to ensure sufficient manpower is hired
• Maintain and ensure fun-timer and manpower database is regularly up-to-date
• Involves in ad-hoc human capital projects

• At least Tertiary Degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a reputable University.
• 1-2 year relevant experiences
• Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Able to work in a fast pace environment with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
