Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of CLI and Ascott global strategic planning process
• Develop and manage the group long-range planning projections
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with strategic goals
• Support Ascott leadership (ALC) and Region/Country teams on functional and region/country growth and strategy
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive assessments, and industry research to inform strategic decision-making
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to develop actionable strategic recommendations
• Lead the preparation of performance reporting and strategic meetings \xe2\x80\x93 monthly CLI reporting, TAL board meetings, Ascott management retreat (AMR), Ascott global conference (AGC) etc
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, industry experts, and stakeholders to stay informed on industry developments
• Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic alliances

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Strategic Planning / Real Estate role or equivalent preferably within the lodging sector
• Excellent report-writing, financial modelling, and presentation preparation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and PPT
• Critical thinker, solutions oriented, self-starter, entrepreneurial
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using data analytics tools will be a plus
