What the role is:You assist in managing NS succession planning matters for the unit.What you will be working on:On this, you work closely with the respective stakeholders to execute and manage succession planning effectively. You also ensure that the HR matters such as promotions and awards for the NSmen are well manage to facilitate a positive NS experience. Your challenge lies in being proactive and meticulous in managing multiple issues concurrently, planning and coordinating and ensuring that all administration, processes and approvals has been sought.What we are looking for:You must have a Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years\' work experience in the administration field. Possession of good communication and interpersonal skills is required. You must be a team player, be meticulous and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and minutes writing.
