URGENT
Location : Kim Keat Road
Working Days (5-day work week)
Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Hourly Rate
Degree: $17/hour
Temporary Officer, Supervised Practice Division
Responsibilities
- Checking eligibility and pairing of supervisors and supervisees
- Processing of online assessment reports and related applications of healthcare professionals
- Preparing case summaries on healthcare professional\xe2\x80\x99s performance
- Update trained supervisors\xe2\x80\x99 details in PRS
- Perform secretariat duties when required
- Handling enquiries
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor
\xc2\xb7 Degree in any discipline
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
\xc2\xb7 Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently as well as in a team
\xc2\xb7 Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
\xc2\xb7 IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
\xc2\xb7 Able to commit for at least 3 months in the first instance, subject to further extension.
