Location : Irrawaddy Road
Position : Executive (Procurement & Project Co-ordination) \xe2\x80\x93 2 pax
Contract period : Immediate \xe2\x80\x93 1 year with an option to extend for another year
Min Qualification : Degree holder - client is looking at hiring a fresh grad with a relevant degree.
The salary ranges : $3,300 to $3,575 depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

- Plan, coordinate and engage various stakeholders to understand the medical and healthcare services procurement requirements.
- Conduct market sensing to understand the latest regulatory developments, medical best practices, and potential suppliers to provide perspective in determining the procurement strategy and policies, ensuring alignment to overall organisational strategy and procurement compliance requirements.
- Draft approval of requirement, specification of requirement (with clear key performance indicators and deliverables).
- Determine the evaluation criteria, conduct evaluation and work with Procurement Office on the contract award.
- Ensure project governance of existing contracts which include monitoring and overseeing performance and service delivery standards of Contractor(s) in accordance with the contract.
- Help to facilitate improvements for greater operational efficiencies in the medical centres.
- Review and identify ways to improve current feedback processes, systems, and operations to meet service quality standards in the medical centres.
