You\'ll be in-charge of:

Talent Acquisition

• Driving best practice recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire for the concepts within the Group, including setting strategies for succession planning
• Generating and analyzing statistics and data from talent acquisition activities to identify
• future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing
• Pro-actively reaching out to industry networks and be in the know of industry movement
• Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence
• and research in regards to talent development or retention
• Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
• Developing education institutions recruiting programs and spearhead career fair activities

• Well versed in the recruitment process, preferably in Hospitality/F&B industry
• Strong in business acumen and knowledgeable in local HR legislations and regulations
• Creative in exploring new channels of talent acquisition tools and capability of keeping abreast in market trends and know-hows
• Strong in negotiation, conflict management, project management and change management skills
• Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent in communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
