You will assist to manage and execute learning plans, initiatives and systems that will support the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s learning and development. You will administer, track and monitor sponsorship of scholarships, formal education programmes, attachments and training programmes supported from various external sources of funding. These include application process, facilitating panel reviews and interviews, award presentation, etc. You will monitor training budget, application of training grant, processing and monitoring payment, and capturing of training records. You will review and update training guidelines, policies and procedures as well as facilitate employee orientation and engagement programmes. In addition, you will provide support in hospital level audits, training accreditation and awards. You need to be meticulous and proactive, able to work independently and enjoy handling administrative work. You will also need to possess strong planning, project management, and communication skills. Requirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in HRD, HRM, Business Management or equivalent. Preferably with 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in learning/training and development. Fresh degree holder may apply.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel (e.g. Vlookup, Pivot table, etc) and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good project management skills
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff
- Prior working experience in administering of SAP Learning Management System and/or SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in data analytics and summarisation of large data into detailed pivot tables with MS Excel and/or Tableau will be an advantage.
- Experience in classroom facilitation
