The role supports the overall objectives of the Talent Development function of Human Resources and serves as a partner to the various stakeholders in aligning competency expectations and implementation of talent development plans and activities. Talent Development
Act as both an advisor and a liaison and provide expertise on Talent Development matters to staff and management.
Facilitate development of competencies framework and career pathway through engagement with stakeholders to identify key job competencies, skills requirements and proficiency levels for the various positions in MWS.
Provide advice and guidance to employees and people leaders to implement the competency framework and available tools to determine skill requirements and expectations for various roles for effective career development conversations.
Design learning and development roadmaps and workplace learning plans to address learning needs with reference to the Competency Framework
Employee Engagement
Analyse employee engagement data to identify trends and patterns
Plan, source and coordinate Employee Engagement Projects such as well-being workshops, webinars and organization wide staff engagement activities
Develop communication materials to inform employees of engagement initiatives
Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programmes
Learning & Development Programme Management * Design and deliver training programs (E-learning, Blended learning, Workshops etc.) that address learning needs on an ongoing basis * Facilitate development of materials in collaboration with content experts for learning programmes * Identify existing capability levels and performance gaps through learning needs analysis and develop learning and development strategies to support the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s development needs * Implement learning and development programmes to ensure a smooth learning experience for employees * Manage vendors providing training services * Administer and coordinate external and internal learning initiatives including (but not limited to) resource allocation, vendor management, processing of grants, course registrations, maintaining learning records, tracking of course evaluation and payment processing * Regularly communicate to the employees on upcoming training or events that are relevant to their learning needs * Analyse learning effectiveness feedback to identify gaps to suggest areas for improvement * Revise learning and development administration processes to enhance employees\xe2\x80\x99 learning and development experience * Identify available grants and funding available to maximize the available budget * Analyse learning and development budget utilization Performance Management
Provide advice and support to people leaders and employees in the performance review cycle
Generate reports for management & people leaders to develop performance related activities
Review & propose improvements in the performance review processes
Others
Support other HR projects/ initiatives such as company events, programmes and activities
Any other work-related duties as and when assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources Management / Development or equivalent.
ACTA/ACLP/DACE/DDDLP qualified preferred.
