As a

Technical Services Executive (Hospital Care)

with us in B.Braun, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of

automated infusion pumps

by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at customer sites. Your expertise will keep devices running smoothly, support healthcare professionals with hands-on guidance, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to keep systems running smoothly. Provide guidance on operating and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. Complete service reports, logs, and records for all installations and repairs. Follow safety procedures and regulatory standards while meeting customer needs. Attend refresher trainings and share knowledge with technical teams, keep own self up to date on knowledge. Track spare parts and order supplies as needed to support service operations.

Requirements:

ITE/Diploma in Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-the-job trainings and certifications will be provided. * Experience in medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare IT engineering is a plus.
