Job Description


Purpose of the Job:

Provide support in aircraft and engine transactions, contract compliance and liaising with corporate secretary/ service providers

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Support the Business Teams in transactions:
  • Assist in drafting & negotiation of transactional documents e.g. LOI, sales and purchase agreement, lease agreement etc.
  • Check and manage collection, and satisfaction of Conditions Precedent (CPs) and Conditions Subsequent (CSs) and ensure that acceptance of aircraft takes place in compliance with the SPA and lease novation documents
  • Amendments to agreements e.g. side letters, notification, termination agreements
  • Support review of various documents (e.g. NDA, vendor related GTAs, KYC forms)
  • Liaise with company secretary, corporate secretarial providers and external legal counsel on SPV matters
  • Assist with general contract and loan compliances
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • At least a diploma in legal or related fields, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of prior corporate and/or commercial contract experience; preferably in a law firm, asset management, aircraft leasing or finance industry
  • Understand the impact document terms have on various business areas
  • Knowledge of document management systems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF
  • Looking for a dynamic and motivated individual and able to work well under pressure
