What the role is:You will be part of the team to perform administrative works, carrying out procurement activities (including Small Value Purchases (SVP), Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) purchases) and events management.What you will be working on:Your key responsibilities will include: xe2x80xa2 Planning and organising workshops xe2x80xa2 Coordinating logistics for events (e.g. catering, venue set-up, preparation of workshop materials) xe2x80xa2 Managing telecommunication services and related assets xe2x80xa2 Managing subscriptions including newspaper/magazines/online portals/TV and related assets xe2x80xa2 Managing office equipment xe2x80xa2 Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking xe2x80xa2 Resource booking system management xe2x80xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:
