What the role is:You will be part of the team to perform administrative works, carrying out procurement activities (including Small Value Purchases (SVP), Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) purchases) and events management.What you will be working on:Your key responsibilities will include: Planning and organising workshops Coordinating logistics for events (e.g. catering, venue set-up, preparation of workshop materials) Managing telecommunication services and related assets Managing subscriptions including newspaper/magazines/online portals/TV and related assets Managing office equipment Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking Resource booking system management Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:
