To coordinate and liaise both within and outside hospital to operationalize and support the implementation of projects or workflows roll-out.
To work with various stakeholders to conceptualize, develop programmes and/or interventions to improve AMKH\'s overall efficiency.
Collaborate with MOH and other government bodies to facilitate clinical planning and operations.
Craft strategies and policies on operational process, workflow design, data collection and analysis to support various hospital initiatives.
To observe and identify potential areas of change to the various department\'s workflow, process, procedures, manpower, capability building, SOPs etc; in accordance with our strategic goals.
To provide analysis of various departments/projects/initiatives based on various premise such as financial, manpower, quality etc.
To plan, implement, track and monitor and implement data collection points for measuring change in each project or initiative.
To provide project management in accordance with the plans developed.
Be a change agent for inculcation of mindset change for hospital-wide/Department level initiatives, to establish a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in healthcare sector
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong implementation and project management skills with an end-to-end approach.
Familiarity with the concepts of budgeting, corporate administration in subacute/community care setting is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
Meticulous and able to multi-task.
Possess good problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Manage pressure well and meet deadline, exercise initiative.
