Duties & Responsibilities
1.Sales & Marketing:
o Develop and implement marketing strategies and new venue hire initiatives.
o Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
o Achieve targeted revenue and optimize venue utilization.2.Client Management:
o Handle client inquiries, bookings, and contracts.
o Conduct site visits and coordinate with other departments for event management.
o Oversee on-site operations, ensure client satisfaction, and manage invoicing.3.Front-of-House Management:
o Supervise and schedule ushers, manage front-of-house operations, and address issues.
o Prepare event reports and manage related paperwork.4.Secondary Duties:
o Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.Qualifications1. Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
2. Some experience in venue operations, customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability and willingness to train and mentor others.
