What the role is:The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development and transformation of the Built Environment sector, to improve Singapore\'s living environment. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can contribute to BCA\'s growing strategic communications functions.The candidate will be part of the team that drives publicity for BCA and the built environment sector that contributes towards improving Singapore\'s living environment. He/she will be involved in strategic and integrated communications, including media management and campaigns.What you will be working on:You will be part of the team that drives publicity for BCA and the built environment sector that contributes towards improving Singapore\'s living environment.You will be involved in strategic and integrated communications, including media management and campaigns. Duties include:Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication plans, and identify the suitable media channel mix that suits the target audienceManaging media for publicity events and crafting media materials for various platformsMedia management including managing media queries and interviews to convey key messagesCurating content and working with digital team to present them in a creative and engaging way to support communication objectivesManaging issues and developing crisis communications planWhat we are looking for:The candidate should possess:More than 2 years of work experience in corporate communication functions such as media relations and marketing communicationsHave strong storytelling, writing and editing skillsUniversity degree, preferably in communications and marketing related fieldsAble to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentA strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and positive attitude towards work and learningAbout Building and Construction Authority:The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is an agency under the Ministry of National Development, whose mission is to shape a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.
