This position is for Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance (OAFA).
Assist with walk-in enquiries, calls to Welcome area, emails in admission mailbox and online Live Chats.
Assist with administrative duties which will include updating of applicants details on application form and on the admission systems.
Support key outreach events such as SMU Open House, Poly Day, Scholarship Showcase, Intergrated Early and Main Discovery Day events and other signature admissions events.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
Good communication skills and enjoy talking to people.
Meticulous, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task across different projects.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to different types of personalities.
Knowledge of and interest in SMU will be an advantage.
