Responsibilities:

Handle daily tenancy related matters and attend to tenants’ feedback and requests promptly
Ensure proper handing and takeover of premises to/from tenants
Co-ordinate and responsible for tenants’ fitting-out & reinstatement works and A&A works
Manage and supervise term contractors and oversee their works and contracted performance
Carry out and organize routine maintenance work to the building’s plumbing & sanitary services and builders works
Preparation of tender documents for works. Administer and supervision of works to ensure specifications of works are carried out accordingly and completed timely.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess a Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3 – 5 years’ of relevant experience in commercial building
Good technical knowledge and hands-on in the maintenance and operations of plumbing & sanitary works and builders work
Familiar with statutory requirements on building services, facilities operations and maintenance, including safety regulations
Possess passion and positive outlook with good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and independent individual
Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
