The successful candidate will administer and manage the following:
Maintain and ensure curriculum data accuracy in the Student Information Management System (SIMS).
Advise schools on course and programme set-up in SIMS.
Bridge gaps between departments and conduct constant process improvement to ensure correct curriculum information is provided for downstream processes.
Track curriculum revisions by school.
Support second major and minor matters related to SIMS and ensure website data accuracy for these pages.
Support curriculum data collation, statistics, and reporting.
Support curriculum data migration, programme structure building and user training for SIMS 2.0.
Support requirement gathering and UAT for SIMS 1.0 enhancement.
Assist in coordinating with schools and administrative divisions to improve processes and implement audit recommendations.
Provide secretariat support for meetings.
Handle ad hoc duties and special projects when required.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline
Relevant working experience preferred
Resourceful team player who is proactive and enthusiastic
Able to work independently and exercise critical thinking
Good time management
Mature and meticulous
Pleasant disposition with high level of integrity
Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English plus at least one other language
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
