Job Purpose
Support the defined owned channels and marketing strategies for LKYSPP.
Assume supporting role in LKYSPP website management. This includes managing web enhancement projects and day-to-day content management of websites.
Manage stakeholders and support online marketing efforts through landing page optimisation and management of campaign sites.
Work closely with IT and web developers to resolve technical issues.
Support in social media platform management and social media community management and the associated amplification strategies, including orchestrating and executing paid and organic digital marketing efforts to ensure optimal results.
Support in Thought Leadership content build and strategies including writing content, managing editorial plans and logistical arrangement of virtual panel discussions and video recordings.
Identify trends and insights as well as monitor analytics and reports to shape digital channels strategies and direction.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure overall objectives are met.
Qualifications
Possess a good Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or New Media).
Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience and a proven track record of digital channels management.
Possess a strong understanding of website, digital marketing and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of global and local digital landscape.
Possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand digital statistics and generate insights to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
Proven track record in managing agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in developing, implementing and executing digital programmes and campaigns.
Ability to work independently at both strategic and operational level; Hands-on strategist/ self-starter.
Team player and innovative thinker who is committed to building key relationships across the different units to positively influence business results through digital.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in project management, budget tracking and reporting.
High proficiency in Mandarin and able to translate, edit and copywrite content from English to Mandarin.
