Who are we looking for: You are a driven and independent self-starter. You love building relationships and have the ability to handle stakeholder relationships with ease. You will own and drive the growth strategies for your named accounts and contribute to the continuous improvement of Hubble's client success process. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our service. This role includes responsibilities for account management activities (e.g., planning, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.).What will you be doing:

  • Inspire Client Success Across Company
  • Create company-wide culture of Client Success
  • Align with Marketing around marketing to existing clients
  • Align with Product around driving product roadmap
  • Align with Sales around cross-sell and up-sell and focus on selling with a retention focus
  • Align with Finance around measurement and forecasting
  • Align with Executive Team around key metrics and objectives
  • Drive company-wide definition of ideal client
  • Create company-wide customer feedback loop
  • Drive Successful Outcomes
  • Own and drive the growth strategies for your named account
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
  • Manage Account Management Activities
  • Build a high quality "success plan" inclusive of customer objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.

  • Define operational metrics
  • Establish system for tracking metrics
  • Expose subset of metrics to executive team, company and board
  • Define and Optimize Client Lifecycle
  • Map customer journey
  • Develop listening points in the journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.)
  • Standardize interventions for each point in journey
  • Define segmentation of client base and varying strategies
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Learn from best practices in industry
What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in account management, ideally combined background of sales and post-sales care
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
