and gain hands-on experience in managing international financial transactions. In this role, you'll support the company's financial operations by working with overseas agents and vendors, processing financial documents, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your training and onboarding, you'll be guided and supported as you learn to:


Manage financial interactions with overseas agents, especially high-volume accounts, ensuring invoices and Statements of Accounts (SOAs) are accurate and timely. Cross-check vendor names and invoiced amounts against internal systems. Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and agents to resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with the Detention team to review and resolve any unbilled or mismatched charges. Process approved SOAs in our finance system (FileMaker) under AR/AP listings and support the Finance team in payment follow-ups. Review and validate leasing invoices to ensure all necessary documentation is in place. Accrue agent-related costs for month-end closing to support accurate financial reporting. * Support urgent invoice processing and assist in generating import invoices using our internal systems.
