Handle customers\' enquiries and administer enrolment.
Administer the entire programme operations including the processing learners\' applications, manage admissions process, administer module enrolment, manage students\' feedback and provision of students\' support services
Assist in the collation and preparation of reports.
Provide any other administrative support as assigned by the supervisor and Head of Department.
Streamline and improve work processes to enhance experiences of key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma holders with relevant experience.
Preferably relevant working experience in education industry, handling enquiries and managing programmes delivery for degree or Executive Education programmes or customer facing experience
Well organized with good monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and service-oriented.
Self-driven, resourceful and excellent team player.
