The Active Health Executive/ Senior Executive (Engagement) will assist the team in the running of Active Health (AH) initiatives as well as community and stakeholder engagement (in private and public sectors), as we enable citizens to embark on their health and wellness journey in both the physical and digital spaces. The Active Health Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for the tactical development and execution of the team’s outreach initiatives. He will work with both internal and external stakeholders and partners to develop content and outreach initiates to the reach out to the target audience. He will also provide data analysis on consumer behavior, needs and trends so as to enhance customers’ experience with Active Health programmes and offerings, support Active Health’s brand positioning and expansion within the health and wellness space.
What you will be working on
Responsibilities: 1. Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and revamping of AH website 2. Provide support in the delivery of Active Health Experience to the public sector 3. Work with cluster leads to manage and build meaningful partnerships with public agencies, community partners and corporates on precinct level so as improve AH’s brand visibility and conversion 4. Assist in the content development and outreach effort for Primary and Secondary School students 5. Collect, measure, organise and analyse consumer insights so that team can develop differentiated solutions for different target audience 6. Maintenance of Membership Management System (MMS
What we are looking for
Requirements: - Candidates with relevant qualification in Mass Communications, Business or a related field - Candidates with an optimistic disposition with excellent communication skills, professionalism and service level - Experience in community engagement and end-to-end marketing and comms of health and wellbeing or relevant programmes for various population segment - Project management skills - Digital fluency and expertise in creating and managing website and social media platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Basic proficiency with Tableau is an asset - Possess the aptitude and attitude to engage with the general public as well as SportSG and Active Health stakeholders - Adaptable to fast-moving pace of campaign and engagement approaches - Excellent communication skills and possess a keen eye for details - Self-motivated and takes initiative to work independently, multi-task and participate as an effective team member - Comfortable with handling numbers for reporting - Commitment to professional and personal growth and challenges - High level of professionalism and integrity - Love and enjoy sports and adopt health-promoting habits
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance.
