Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and work in a team to:
- Grow the SMF Membership base by reaching out to pitch and encourage manufacturers to join SMF Membership
- Identify, manage and execute strategies to increase the membership base
- Develop sponsorship prospectus for sponsors and partners
- Canvass for sponsorships and collaborations
- Curate, plan and execute activities for sponsors
- Establish and work on collaborative projects and initiatives with government state boards, agencies and other NGOs
- Support industry-related programs and activities;
- Assist in the planning, execution and follow up of events, workshops and activities for the Department
- Manage and utilize social media platforms for engagement and recruitment
- Assist to answer general enquiries related to membership
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by Management from time to time.
