Student Recruitment-Full Time

To work with Manager, Student Recruitment, for recruitment and outreach activities/events, admissions and selection of full-time undergraduates, and matriculation matters for full-time undergraduates.

• Assist in outreach activities, events such as Open House
• Programme Counselling - Manage enquiries via phone, emails and manage applicants or leads\' enquiries via CRM system.
• Assist Manager in admissions application processing, interviews for full-time programmes and admission-related events
• Communicate matriculation information to newly enrolled students
• Assist with any other tasks and duties assigned by his/her supervisor

• Degree with 2-3 years\' of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing and administrative, and customer service/administration.
• Preferably bilingual in spoken and written English and Mandarin as the incumbent is required to respond to queries related to programmes, admissions and outreach related matters that may be presented in Mandarin.
• PC literate, with Microsoft Office applications and online meeting tools (e.g. ZOOM)
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently.
• Resourceful team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and display initiative
• Pleasant disposition with good customer service skills.
• Enjoys meeting people and organising activities.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and display good organizational skills
• Exposure in higher education environment is advantageous
