Job Description

Responsibilities

• Monitor Capital (CAPEX) and Operating (OPEX) expenditure

• Manage CAPEX and OPEX spending within approved budget
• Monthly review of Finance transactions to ensure costs are correctly charged to the right GL code and Cost Centre
• Assist in month end closure and prepare accruals data to Finance
• Monthly billing such as ECLO, Inter-companies and other PTOs
• Assist and compile data for annual budget exercise
• Quarterly budget reporting to Management and follow up with respective sections for any action items
• Present quarterly budget review in Power BI dashboard
• Contract Management
• Provide administrative support and Secretarial Duty
• Support for any events organized by SMRT if required
• Any other appointment/tasks assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in Finance or Accounting fields
• Diploma or Degree in related fields

Skills

• MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge in Power BI dashboard creation and SAP will be advantageous
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently or in a team
