Manage full sets of accounts for the Group of companies
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
Perform month end closing activities, such as preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliation
Support annual budget and quarterly forecast
Perform costing and variance analysis
Prepare Cashflow statement
Prepare corporate tax computation
Prepare quarterly GST submission
Provide support to external and internal audit matters
Oversee debt collection and credit control
Oversee finance assistants based overseas
Assist with System Migration from MYOB to XERO
Assist with matters related to related company based in Malaysia
Provide coverage duties whenever needed
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance or above. CA / CPA will be an added advantage
Have a sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (\xe2\x80\x9cSFRS\xe2\x80\x9d) and International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS")
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Meticulous and has eye for details
Knowledge in MYOB and XERO system will be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
