The position will be part of the finance team, reporting to the Senior Mgr, Accounting and Tax in Singapore. The co allows WFH for some days (2 to 3 days) in the week. The company's location is near the Buona Vista MRT station. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for general accounting and supporting the financial reporting functions. Responsible for all month-end activities (monthly journals, schedules, and reconciliations) and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials to the HQ. Responsible for local management report and in-depth analysis of the unit performance (eg sales, margins fixed costs) Handle treasury related functions including cashflow forecast, manage settlement of any financial instruments including letter of credits. Review and manage organization bank account and trade lines. Ensure financial transactions recorded are following IFRS and the firm's Accounting policy Assist in the year-end reporting, and statutory reporting activities Facilitate annual business planning process Prepare and submit reports to the local authorities (timely submission on all local govt reports) Liaise with external/ internal stakeholders such as auditors and banks on all related matters Other duties as assigned 2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Degree in Accounting or CPA certified Proven 5 years of relevant experience in accounting field.
