Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients, Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments Explain medical and health screen packages to patients Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures Handle HSG, CHAS, Medisave claims and billing Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' level, NITEC in any discipline and Diploma holders Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage. Preferably stay in the northeast area. 5.5 days a week for retail hours on staggered hours (morning, afternoon & night shifts). Morning 8.30am-1.00pm. 2pm to 5pm and Evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in Healthcare. Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals) Good command of spoken English.
