  The Reeracoen Group is a comprehensive human resources service firm based in 11 regions in 7 APAC countries. Since establishment in 2011, the Singapore branch has expanded its organization centered on recruitment services for Japanese and MNC companies.
  
  Currently, we are launching an Expert Network Service(ENS) to further expand the scale of our business by utilizing the matching know-how gained from the databases of each branches and the recruitment services. As a startup member, we are looking for people who can be actively involved not only in research work, but also in designing and improving business processes and growing up the organizations!
  
  【What will you be working on】
  
  • Understanding requests from diverse clients regardless of industry, and research for that purpose
  • Define requirements based on the orders from clients
  • Expert research and sourcing
  • Building and improving operations
  • Setting up, recruiting, and managing a researchers team

• Requirement

  
  【What they are looking for】
  
  • Minimum a Degree holder or above.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Expert Network Service business (at least 1 year of experience as a researcher is required)
  • Fluent in English in order to liaise with native English counterparts
  • Actively work to improve business in a startup environment

• Working Hour

  9:00 ~ 18:00
