As a senior member of DigitalBCG, you will work in BCG teams that partner with leading companies to shift mindsets, shape agendas, and create value through digital transformation programs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll leverage your prior experience and build your comprehensive consulting skillset and digital expertise by working on a mix of digital and traditional BCG client cases across a range of topics.

As a DigitalBCG Digital Banking Product Owner, you will be part of BCG teams that will be responsible for all final deliverables for the digital product and has full front-to-back (UI/UX, process, policy, risk appetite, tech) design and delivery accountability, own the vision and definition of the product & represents the voice of customer, provide the right environment for all relevant squads to excel, as well as ensure cooperation between squads and manage interdependencies

• Work closely with Tribe Lead, Journey Owner, other BU/function stakeholders of the client to understand and drive alignment on the business strategy, goals, and objectives vs. the F2B customer journey digitisation
• Define overall direction of the product; works to identify and prioritize features to meet customer needs
• Prioritize backlog (incl. writing detailed user stories) and project scope
• Accept/reject all user stories delivered by the team
• Drive Scrum ceremonies
• Make trade-offs between scope, budget, timeline
• Regularly engage with the squads to offer feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements and answer questions
• Support Scrum team in identifying and removing obstacles putting on-time delivery at risk
• Prioritizes work through a well-organized backlog of user stories; develop and monitor budgeting and resourcing
  

• Min 6 years of relevant experience with digital banking products (either from digital challenger bank, Techfin, Fintech or digital bank arm of banks)
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\'s degree in Banking, Business or related disciplines; or Computer science, data science
• Experience leading and managing high-performing case/project teams
• Experienced in digital banking product front to back; former Product Owner role
• Expertise specific to the product being owned (current account, credit card, personal loan, mobile app, eKYC, etc.)
• Project management and analytical skills
• Strong business and financial acumen & strategic mind-set
• Experience working with other business units to deliver change and able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• Experience making decisions based on imperfect data
• Strategic mindset, presence and gravitas
• Flexibility to travel within SEA/Asia Pacific region
