Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Generate sales quotations and provide sales data/reports to the sales team
- Support sales team on samples preparation, delivery, and receipt
- Manage sample inventory in the office
- Liaise with Supply Chain on material readiness and freight forwarders for shipping schedules and rates
- Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely delivery and proper shipping documentation is prepared and advised to customers
- Manage orders to customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years experience
- ITE Diploma or equivalent
- Team player with good customer service skills
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
