JOB DESCRIPTIONS The incumbent will be working as a Sales Support Executive. S/he must be providing a pro-active and comprehensive service to both Internal and External customers in all aspects on import and export freight forwarding services provided by the Company.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive requests to execute shipments and follow up with local / overseas product teams to make bookings.
• To conduct follow up on the shipment status to be able to update the clients accordingly.
• Obtain rates from Crane offices / vendors and prepare costing sheet and quotations.
• Manage and grow business with our House Accounts.
• Support Sales Team in providing rate / service requests and support them on shipment related matters.
• To be able to provide freight solutions and propose to clients.
• Escalate shipment issues and help with resolution.

• Minimum GCE \'O\' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook, Excel, Word
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working of relevant experience in similar positions and have a good understanding of air and ocean processes.
• Incumbent should possess good communication skills in written and spoken English

• Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
• Good team player with a good sense of urgency
