We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager who knows what it takes to enhance an experience our Customers will keep coming back for. A warm, genuine and attentive approach together with your ability to listen, engage and style with enthusiasm will be the key to truly satisfy and impress!

The Lovisa Team come from far and wide but are heading in the same direction with the same energy and flare! The retail hype and love for fashion are what awakens this energy.

As an Assistant Store Manager you will contribute by:

Being accountable for driving a culture of "Its about her, always"

Having a proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate your Team to achieve sales targets and KPI results

Maintaining a professional work environment to continually train and develop your Team

Having an eye and love for fashion whilst control volume stock in a fast paced environment

Wanting to continually learn and develop your skills to grow your career with Lovisa
