F & B Sales Executive

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:



Actively drive sales on the restaurant floor by upselling menu items, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue per cover. Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Secure group bookings, private events, and special functions through proactive outreach and networking. Manage reservations and ensure tables and private rooms are fully booked in line with outlet targets. Attend to walk-in guests, telephone, and email inquiries, providing professional and prompt assistance. Prepare proposals and quotations for event bookings and follow through until completion. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue goals. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions to increase visibility and attract new customers. Maintain accurate sales reports, reservation records, and client database for follow-up and analysis. Deliver excellent guest service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after dining/events.

Requirements:



Proven experience in F&B sales, reservations, or hospitality business development. Possess own client base or network of customers is strongly preferred. Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and confident in achieving revenue targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a pleasant and professional personality. Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and undertake shift rotations. * Knowledge of event sales, banquet operations, and F&B promotions will be an advantage.
