Responsible for performing First Article Inspection and assist to tabulate measured data into First Article Inspection Report (FAIR). Conduct First Article Inspection on parts produced from new tooling, transfer tooling, modified tooling and repaired tooling. Perform other inspection (Incoming, In process, Outgoing when necessary and feedback of problems, non-conforming specification relating to the product to immediate Superior. Able to create measuring program for CMM, Smart Scope, read 2D print and with knowledge of GD&T, SPC, IATF 16949 requirement. Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Precision Engineering / Mechanical or its equivalent with 2 to 3 years working experience in FA / QA environment
