QA Engineer

Serangoon North Ave (Nearest MRT: AMK)

5 days | 9am to 6pm (depend on experience)

$3,500 - $5,000

:

• Responsible in handling incoming, in-process and outgoing QA related activities.
• Liaise with inter-related departments for any quality-related issues
• Generate and prepare QA documents such as quality product specifications, work instructions and QA inspection records and update as and when necessary
• Ensure QA Technician and Inspectors are current of their knowledge of new products and customer requirements.
• Provide CoC, quality data, RoHS, compliance reports etc per customer\'s request.
• Support new product and equipment qualification and machine buy-off.
• Manage FAI/CPK, MSOP, CSOP, Correlation and GRR submission for every NPI Build.
• Participate and work closely with Engineering customer requirement like FMEA, APAP, APQP etc.
• Handle & track Non-Conformance Reports, External/Internal CAR Reports, RMA Reports
• Handle Customer Complaints and generate 8D Reports.
• Participate in internal & external audits (Quality System Audit, Customer Audit)
• To ensure that employees under your supervision comply with all safety regulations, safe work procedures and to use appropriate PPE at all times
• To drive and support company initiatives to protect the environment (e.g. by minimizing resources wastages, recycling effort and proper waste disposal)
• Any other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in the field of quality.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge and practical experience in measurement equipment (CMM, Vision measurement, etc) is a must
• Able to understand CAD drawings, including GD&T requirements
• Knowledge in basic statistical principles and its application is a must
• Must be familiar with commonly used productivity and statistical software such as Microsoft Office and Minitab/JMP
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards
