Job Description

Verse daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth execution of fabrication, welding, and repair tasks. Monitor employee presence, discipline, and overall workshop efficiency. Manage and distribute production resources to meet objectives and resolve issues. Ensure materials are used efficiently and that fabricated products meet quality standards. Lead and coordinate the fabrication team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress Resolve operational issues and implement improvement initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols within the workshop. Monitor the quality of work at various stages of the fabrication process. Operate a company vehicle for various tasks, such as collecting materials, delivering finished products to clients, or transporting personnel to different sites. Proven experience in a fabrication or metalwork environment.
Requirements:


At least Five (5) years' working experience in a similar role in Singapore. Able to understand the fabrication and Piping Drawing Good Communication Skills. * Driving Licence should be more than 3 Years completed
