Facilities & Project Principal Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive the facilities engineering and project teams to support the organization current facilities infrastructure, including production floor & the entire plant and also future capacity planning for expansion purposes
Lead exciting Energy Management and Savings Project through conducting feasibility studies to optimize Energy Efficiency Opportunities (EEOA) to achieve corporate KPIs and sustainability goals
Accountable for all technical matters, day to-day operations, safety, availability, statutory requirements, and manage a group of highly qualified managers and engineers and responsible of a variety of end-to-end projects, including those involving ACMV, Electrical, CleanRoom
Prepare proposal, tender, quotation, claim management for procurement of facilities management projects
Requirements:
10 years of facility engineering experience, as well as a bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering
Has relevant certification such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager and Certified Project Manager
Proven experience with building management system tools such as AutoCAD, SAP Plant Maintenance, Tableau, and Splunk.
Expertise in managing ACMV, Electrical, LN2, and CleanRoom
