Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all facilities within the organisation is well maintained and properly assessed before office and business operations.
  • Administers safety check on related facilities such as: electrical and power related functions.
  • Provides initial checkup and basic troubleshooting of equipment malfunction and provides recommendation for support to partners for repair.
  • Conducts and administers inventories for orders such as office supplies and equipments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree / Completed at least 2 years in College / High School Diploma / Tesda Certification Course Graduate
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of facilities management exposure
  • Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php13,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Facilities Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
