Work closely with the Project Team to support the project administration
Prepare budget reports
Schedule management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Execute project works based on the drawing / specification
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, update to Project Manager
Assist in all appropriate paperwork such as quotations, internal sign-off for the project
Contract Management
Liaise with vendor on maintenance contract related matters including issues arises from the outlets
Ensuring troubleshooting and maintenance of security equipment are carried out timely by the vendor
Evaluate of quotation for repair and maintenance works
Monitoring of contract expire and notify stakeholders
Prepare specification for ITQ or ITT
Infrastructure Management
Conduct site survey for kiosk location and deployment
Submission of Telco application
Coordinate joint site surveys with various contractors\' prior deployment
Maintain and update kiosk deployment plan
Other duties as assigned
Facilities & Maintenance
Supervise and ensure that all jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs
Monitor and supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities and ensure the output meets specifications and standards
To obtain quotations from 3rd party contractor and follow up on repair/maintenance
To work closely with Managing Agent to ensure that all jobs are carried out timely
Manage maintenance of the premises, repair or replacement of equipment, furniture and fixtures and non-IT systems to ensure smooth operations
Plan and manage repair and maintenance operating budget and capital improvement works
Monitor use and inventories of spare parts and maintenance supplies
Safety:
Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the workplace
Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
Diploma in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience in customer fronting role, in logistics and supply chain operations/sales
At least 5 - 8 years\' of relevant experience
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
Sound time management and problem-solving skills
PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project)
Able to read technical drawings
Able to understand and plan budgets
