Job Description
$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Monitor and recommend replacement/improvement to equipment, facilities and services before the end of their life span.
- Trouble-shooting and able to rectify AV and audio equipment in the classrooms before class/workshop started, if unable to resolve by Facilities Officers.
- Conduct daily check on grounds to ensure that the classrooms general areas are cleaned and equipment well maintained.
- Receive and attend to feedback from lecturers, customers and students, and keep proper records of complaints, feedback and attention taken to resolve the problems.
- To liaise with Building landlord, auditors and relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to Singapore.
- To liaise with local authorities on matters relating to the maintenance and repairs of the subject property, including the Building Management Unit.
- To build an efficient and effective Operations and Facilities Team.
- To give full support to Academic operations and its requirements.
- NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering/Facilities/Property Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office will be desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
