Job Description
- Location: North / West area
- Salary Range $2500 - $3000
- Involved in facilities management
- Conduct inspection works for the building
- Liaise with Contractors on the maintenance and upgrading works
- Attend to feedbacks and enquiries
- Identify defects
- Implement improvement works
- Calling of quotations
- Issue of work orders
- Diploma in Engineering & Above
- With experience in Estate management
- Experience is not required
- PC Literate
- Training and guidance provided
