Job Responsibilities: Actively support Property-, Facility- and Construction Project Managers with administration.
Attend to breakdown calls for Building & Facilities Management Systems.
Perform basic and ad-hoc Mechanical & Electrical, Building Repairs and Maintenance minor works.
Monitor contractors, suppliers and project works, assist in supervising the performance of various contractors.
Carry out periodic Preventive Maintenance (PM) programme.
Responsible for the ordering process in the purchasing system Ariba, regarding daily operations and specific projects
Registration and update of investment projects in the internal project system
Follow-up and reporting of investment projects to Property Manager
In dialogue with the purchasing department (IPS) actively support the PM/FM managers in the purchasing process to avoid incorrect invoices, etc.
Handle the process of invoices that is transferred through SAP.
Extensive work in IT systems used such as Office, SAP/R3 and Ariba.
Manage the work in accordance with the processes
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
Entry-level candidate with relevant Diploma is welcome to apply
Non-Diploma holders are required to have at least 5 years\' experience in Facilities Management (minimally Nitec)
Able to work under pressure and willing to do overtime
