Job Scope: Client/Stakeholder Management * Provide superior customer service to meet the on-site client's expectations * Ensure timely and quality service delivery to client * Follow up wit Job Scope: Client/Stakeholder Management Provide superior customer service to meet the on-site client's expectations Ensure timely and quality service delivery to client Follow up with user to ensure customer satisfaction on all work order requests Procurement & Vendor Management Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors' works) Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required Finance Management Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in JDE Site Operations Management Manage building maintenance and all contractors who carry out works on site. Liaise, report and log defects over and above minor rectification, work with Hard Services Lead / Deputy Facilities Manager to ensure PPM is carried out as per schedule Ensure Annual Plan is maintained at all times to identify when statutory works, meetings and other key events are being carried out. Ensure maintenance is carried out in line with procedures, using the permit to work system where applicable Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures Create work orders and assigns work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Escalate urgent issues identified through to the Hard Services Lead / Deputy Facilities Manager Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotations and proposal as and when needed Provide Monthly report which includes electricity, water and gas utilities, water cooler usage and vendor KPI Requirements: Min NITEC in Engineering with at least 1 - 2 years of hands on exposure.
