Job Description
- 1-year contract, convertible (with completion bonus)
- Location: Jurong Island (company transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.15 pm
- Capable to speak in Mandarin - to liaise with contractors in dialects
- Experience in manufacturing plant facilities with WSH knowledge
- Salary: $2,500 - 4,000
- Support daily operations: building maintenance, office upkeep, pantry/common areas, company vehicles, pest control, etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Source, evaluate, and manage service providers/vendors/contracts.
- Maintain systematic and accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS651 standards.
- Participate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives and committees.
- Support Plant Shutdown Maintenance every two years.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities management and administration in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health practices and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
